2 c. (12 oz.) semi - sweet chocolate chips
1 c. (14 oz.) sweetened condensed milk
2 T. butter or margarine
3 c. salted dry roasted peanuts
1 (10 1/2 oz.) pkg. miniature marshmallows

Directions:
Directions:
In saucepan, combine chocolate chips, milk and butter. Cook and stir over medium heat until smooth. Remove from heat. Stir in peanuts and marshmallows. Spread into greased 13 x 9 baking pan. Refrigerate until firm. Cut into squares.
