1 lb. medium shrimp
2 Tbls. corn starch
1 Tsp. salt
1/2 Tsp. dry mustard (optional)
Dash of pepper
2 1/2 cups milk
2 Tbls. butter
8 oz. Gruyere cheese, shredded
8 oz. elbow macaroni (about 1 3/4 cups), cooked about 7 minutes and drained

Shell and deveined shrimp and combine with about 2 Tbls. Old Bay seasoning and set aside.
In medium saucepan combine first 4 ingredients; stir in milk. Add margarine; stirring constantly, bring to a boil over medium-high heat and boil 1 minute. Remove from heat. Stir in cheese until melted. Saute shrimp in butter and olive oil until pink. Add elbows and shrimp. Pour into greased 2 quart casserole.
Bake uncovered in 375º oven 25 minutes or until lightly browned.
