1 (32 oz.) pkg. frozen hash browns, thawed
3/4 cup butter, melted
1/2 cup onion, chopped
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 (8 oz.) container of sour cream
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
2 cups cornflakes

Directions:
Directions:
Combine potatoes, 1/2 cup butter, onion, soup, sour cream and cheese; stir well.
Spoon into greased, 2 1/2 quart casserole. Crush cereal and stir in remaining butter. Sprinkle of potato mixture. Bake at 350º for 50 minutes. May garnish with a lemon twist and parsley twigs.
