2 c.of cooked rice (white or brown)
1 c. of velveeta cheese cubes
1 can cream of celery soup
1 bag shredded cheese (use 8 oz. small bag)
salt to taste
pepper to taste
1 tsp. basil
florets of 3 heads of broccoli cut small

Directions:
Directions:
Blanch broccoli for 3 minutes on stove
Mix all ingredients in a large bowl
Lightly spray baking dish with cooking spray
Turn into a 8x10 casserole baking dish
bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes covered
finish baking uncovered for 15 minutes until bubbly
Serve as a great addition to a meal

I make this dish mostly for holiday meals with turkey or ham. My daughter Laura loves it and asks for it every holiday. It even tastes great reheated.I thought the recipe up years ago but now have seen it in magazines.
