1 st. 1 stick oleo(melted), 1 C flour and 1/2 C nuts.

2 nd. 8 oz cream cheese, 1 C power sugar and 1 carton cool whip.

3 rd. coconut

4 th 2 pkg ( chocolate) instant pudding, 3 C milk.
Directions:

Mix 1 st ingredients together pat out in baking dish and bake @ 250- 300º for 20 min.

mix 2 nd ingredients together and pour over crust,

3 rd. sprinkle coconut over top to taste.

Mix 4 th ingredients and pour over coconut.

top with cool whip, coconut, nuts and cherries if desired.
