Ingredients:

1 cup chopped onion,
1 cup chopped celery,
2 sticks butter,
salt and pepper ( to taste),
2 (28oz) cans whole tomatoes cut,
2 bay leaves,
2 tsp. worchestershire sauce,
2 large cloves garlic minced,
2 whole cloves ( optional) ,
1 (12 oz) can tomato paste,
1/2 tsp. chili powder,
cayenne pepper to taste,
tobasco sauce to taste,
1 pound shrimp ( no shells)
1 pound scallops

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onion and celery in butter. Add rest of ingredients and simmer till flavors are well blended. Take out cloves and bay leaves. Add shrimp and scallops and simmer till they are done. Serve over white rice.

It can all be mixed together and kept warm in a crockpot.
