Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1-1 1/2 lb. chopped beef
1 small onion diced
2-3 slices of bread crumbled
1 egg
1 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. garlic powder
salt & pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Mix chop meat and diced onion together. Crumble your bread into mixture and add egg and spices. Mix all together. Form into patties and put on broiler pan. Cook under broiler for 15-20 minutes, turning after top gets good and brown, about 10 minutes. Cooking time depends on your likeness. More for well done or less for medium-rare. If your mixture seems a little dry you can add a little plain tomato sauce to it. If it seems too moist, add more bread. It's simple, just like a mini meatloaf.

Variation: My Mom used to make these and put a little tomato sauce and mozzarella cheese on top and serve with spaghetti. They were delicious!
