2 c raw Spanish peanuts
2 c sugar
couple shakes of salt
1/2 c white Karo syrup
1/2 c water

Directions:
Directions:
Stir and cook on high heat, boil vigorously for 8 minutes or until color is right. Remove from heat and add 1 T butter some vanilla and 3/4 tsp. soda. Stir and then spread quickly on a large baking sheet that has been generously buttered. (marg doesn't seem to work). Continue spreading and lifting until completely cool.
