Ingredients:
Ingredients:
5 lbs. ground chuck(3 lbs. for meatballs, 2 for sauce)
1 lb. sweet Italian sausage (opt.)
one large onion
one large bell-pepper
garlic
4 jars Ragu (I use a variety of flavors-mainly Garden Combination, 4 cheese, tomato & basil, mushroom)
1-2 cups of water
Olive oil
Italian bread crumbs
Worchestershire sauce
Italian herbs
1 box of Angel Hair Pasta

Directions:
Directions:
Mix 3 lbs. of meat with bread crumbs, worchestershire sauce, Italian herbs, and salt, pepper and garlic powder. Form into meatballs (I use an ice cream scoop) and put on slotted pan and bake in oven uncovered for around 20 minutes. Meanwhile saute vegetables in olive oil and add all jars of Ragu plus about a cup or two of water. Let simmer slowly. In another pan saute rest of meat until no longer pink then drain. Add to tomato sauce and stir. Put heat down to low. After meatballs are browned, remove from oven and add to sauce. Simmer for at least one hour. Boil Angel Hair pasta, drain, put back in pot and add butter to pasta to keep from sticking. Serve with garlic bread and parmesan cheese.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
Ragu offers lots of combinations and if I see "Chunky" that's what I get. The most work is making the meatballs....remember not to handle the meat for long or they will be tough.
