1 medium sized onion, chopped
5 medium potatoes, diced
Salt & Pepper
2 eggs, beaten
1 tsp. salt
Flour
1/2 c. butter
1/8 tsp. celery seed
1 - 1 1/2 quarts milk
Parsley

Directions:
Directions:
Cook the first 3 ingredients in water until the potatoes are soft. To make rivvels, add flour to the eggs and salt, and toss and stir them until the mixture is lumpy and almost dry. Sift out the excess flour, then dump the rivvels into the potato mixture and boil them for 15 minutes. Add the butter, celery seed, milk and a pinch of parsley. Heat the soup and serve it.
