1 cup sugar,
1 cup water,
2 cups Buttermilk ,
1 T. corn syrup,
Juice of 1 lemon and zest,
pinch of salt
Directions:
Directions:
In a saucepan mix together the sugar and water. Boil and chill.
Mix all ingredients together and put into an electric ice cream maker and process .

I sometimes add 1 cup of 1/2 and 1/2 if you want it creamier
