1 large can Albacore Tuna
1 lb elbow macaroni, cooked
2 eggs, beaten
1 cup milk
1 small onion, minced.

Medium White Sauce:
2 tbsp butter
2 tbsp flour
1/4 tsp salt and pepper
2 tbsp mustard, or to taste
1-1/4 cup milk
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Directions:
Directions:
Combine in loaf pan and bake about 1 hour or until set. Mix sauce ingredients and stir slowly over medium heat. Pour over loaf slices when served.
