1 c. margarine
2/3 c. molasses
1/3 c. brown sugar
3 c. flour
2 tsp baking soda
2 tsp ginger
Pinch of salt
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º F.
Mix wet ingredients. Add dry ingredients. Mix well. Roll into log. Wrap in wax paper.
Refrigerate overnight.
Slice thin.
Place on baking sheet.
Bake 12-15 min or until done.
