1 c. margarine
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 tsp lemon zest
2 c. flour
1/2 c. cherries, drained & chopped
1/2 c.nuts
1 1/2 c. white sugar
1 tsp vanilla
4 eggs
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 c. golden raisins
1/2 c. mixed fruit

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º F. Grease 10" tube pan.
Cream margarine, sugar & cream cheese together.
Beat in vanilla & lemon zest.
Add eggs, one at a time; beating well after each.
Sift together 1 3/4 c. flour & baking powder, blend in.
Combine fruit & nuts with 1/4 c. flour. Stir into batter.
Pour into pan
Bake 70 - 80 min. (or until done).
Cool 10 min. in pan
Turn out on wire rack to finish cooling.
