Olive oil

1 pound of Italian Sausage ( Pkg. of 5), remove casing and chop

2 red peppers, chopped

2 green peppers, chopped

4 ribs of celery, diced

1 large onion, chopped

2 cloves of garlic, minced

2 tablespoons flour

2 tablespoons tomato paste

1 pound shrimp, deveined, peeled and chopped

1 palmful of Old Bay Seasoning

a few dashes of hot sauce

1 cup of your favorite beer

1 cup of chicken broth

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oil in pan, over medium heat. Add the sausage and fry until done then remove to plate. In the same pan, add the peppers, celery, onion, garlic and salt and pepper to taste. cook until tender. Add flour and tomato paste and stir a minute. Dress shrimp with Old Bay Seasoning in a separate bowl. Add beer, hot sauce and chicken stock to pan with the veges. Add the seasoned shrimp and simmer for a few minutes to thicken sauce. Add the sausage to the pan.

Serve with sour cream, chives and cheese on top.
