2 lb. flank steak
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tbsp. dry sherry
1 tsp, honey
garlic salt
meat tenderizer

Directions:
Directions:
Score meat across grain in squares on both sides of steak. Sprinkle with garlic salt and tenderizer. Line broiler pan with foil. Mix soy sauce, sherry and honey; pour over meat. Marinate for at least 4 hours., turning as often as possible. Broil 5 minutes. on each side, or until desired color. Slice on diagonal.
