1 medium onion, chopped
2 tbsp. butter
1- 15 1/2 oz. can Black Eyed Peas, rinsed and drained
1- 14 oz. can Artichoke Hearts, drained and chopped
2 tbsp. shredded Parmesan Cheese
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 package of Ranch dressing mix
4oz. Mozzarella Cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onion in butter. Mix all ingredients except mozzarella cheese together and place in 9x9 square dish. Bake 20 minutes at 350º. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top and heat until it melts. Serve with crackers or corn chips.
