Crust:
1 c. flour
1/2 c. butter
2 T. sugar
Mix and press in pizza pan. Bake 12 minutes at 350º. Cool.

Mix: 8 oz. cream cheese, soft
1/2 C. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
Spread on cooled crust.

Put fresh fruit on top of the crust. You can use strawberries, melon, pineapple, oranges, bananas, whatever fruit you like.

Glaze:
1/2 tsp. lemon juice
3/4 C. pineapple juice
1 C. sugar
3 T. corn starch
Dash of salt
Boil till clear, pour over fruit. Cover with plastic wrap, refrigerate.
