Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
Grandma Minnie Martinson would volunteer to help serve food at weddings, funerals, and banquets at the church. This recipe makes delicious triangular sandwiches.

The law insisted that whatever was served had to be prepared on-site. So they would bring cooked ham, chicken, or turkey to grind in the hand grinder right in the basement of church. The ladies would line up in an assembly line and make sandwiches, cut them into triangular quarters, and stack them on serving trays.

Delicious!
