2- 2 1/2 cups unbleached flour
1 cup whole wheat flour
1 tsp salt
1 cup warm water
1 pkg (or 2 1/2 tsp) yeast
1 Tbsp molasses or honey
3 Tbsp olive oil

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve yeast in water, add the molasses or honey, and olive oil. Combine whole wheat flour, 1 cup unbleached flour, and salt, add yeast mixture and beat for 2 minutes. Gradually add remaining flour until dough comes away from the side of the bowl. Knead the dough in your mixer if you have a dough hook, or by hand for about 5 minutes. Cover in an oiled bowl until double in size. Roll out or pat dough into well oiled pizza pans. Top with pizza sauce, and your favorite ingredients.

This can be used for a thick crust pizza, or thin whichever you desire. Will make 2 12 inch medium thick crusts. Can be stored in the frig for a couple of days.
