1/2 pound uncooked medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 medium green pepper, cut into large slices
1 medium sweet red pepper, cut into large slices
1 medium onion, cut into large slices
1 jalapeno, finely chopped
Roasted Red Pepper flakes
1 lime

Directions:
Directions:
On six metal or soaked wooden skewers, alternately thread shrimp, peppers and onion. Add Red Pepper flakes and chopped jalapenos by sprinkling over the top.

Grill, covered, over medium heat or broil 4 in. from the heat for 2-3 minutes on each side or until shrimp turn pink and vegetables are tender.

Remove shrimp and veggies from the skewers and add to warm tortillas.

Squeeze fresh lime into fajita.

For a little zest, add barbeque sauce to the shrimp while grilling- my favorite is the Archer Farms Kansas City sauce!
