2 c course chopped chicken breast
1 c crushed potato chips
2 c diced celery
1/2 c chopped almonds
2 tsp grated onion
1/2 tsp salt
2 tbsp lemon juice
1/2 c sharp cheese
1 c mayonnaise


Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients and spread evenly in a 9 x 13 x 2 inch pan.
Sprinkle more crushed potato chips over the top.
Sprinkle paprika over that.
Bake for 10 minutes at 450 º.
Serves 5 people. Double recipe & use a larger pan for 10 or more servings.
Serve warm and enjoy!
