1/2 handful of salt
1/2 cup oil
2 tsp. cinnamon
3 cups sugar
12 eggs
1/2 cup anisette liquors
1 quart warm milk
2 packets yeast
Flour to form a soft dough...which comes out to be about a 5 lb. bag

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve yeast in 1/4 cup warm water. Add warm milk, cinnamon, sugar, oil, eggs, anisette, salt. Then add enough flour to make a soft dough. Knead until smooth and elastic. Cover and let rise 2 hours. Shape as desired. Let rise again for 1 hour. Bake at 350º for about 50 min or until golden brown on top.
