3 oz Green Beans, trimmed
2 oz Green Peas
3 oz 1/2" diced Roma Tomato
2 hard boiled eggs cut in quarts
4 ea Pepperocinni Pepper
1/2 oz Green Onions, sliced
a pinch of Salt and pepper
3 oz Creamy Balsamic Dressing
5 oz Iceberg Lettuce Mix.

ŠPlace the Iceberg lettuce on the place and on a mixing bowl add all the ingredients and dressing around the sides, mix and put on top on the lettuce, making the salad as high as possible and not tight, sprinkle chopped parsley.and serve in a chilled plate
