Ingredients:
Ingredients:
2 1/2 cups flour
3/4 cup cocoa
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 cup sugar
1 cup firmly-packed brown sugar
1 cup butter or margarine, softened
2 teaspoons vanilla
2 eggs
48 Rolo candies (1 package)
1 cup chopped pecans (I use 1/2 cup)
1 Tablespoon sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 375. Combine flour, cocoa, and baking soda in a bowl; blend well. In large bowl, beat 1 cup sugar, brown sugar, and butter until light and fluffy. Add vanilla and eggs; beat well. Add flour mixture. (At this point you can add 1/2 cup of pecans, but I don't.)
For each cookie, with floured hands, shape about 1 tablespoon dough around 1 Rolo candy covering it completely.
In a small bowl combine 1/2 cup pecans and 1 tablespoon sugar.
Press one side of each Rolo-covered ball into pecan mixture. Place nut side up, 2 inches apart on cookie sheets.
Bake 7-10 minutes or until set and slightly cracked. Cool 2 minutes. Remove from cookie sheets.
Hint: Chill the dough in the freezer while unwrapping the Rolo candies to make it easier to work with.
