4 center cut boneless pork chops
1 bunch of scallions
1/2 C. Newman's Own Teriyaki Marinade
2 Tbsp. honey
1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
1 tsp. minced ginger

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º.

Clean scallions and cut into 1-inch pieces. Peel and mince ginger.

In bowl, add teriyaki marinade, ginger, scallions, mustard, and honey. Mix well and then coat pork chops generously.

Transfer to baking pan and cover with aluminum foil for approximately 30-40 min. (depending on size of chops). If desired, uncover and brown under the broiler for an additional 2 minutes. Serve with rice and juices from the pan.
