3 pounds Green beans, the fatter, the better
3 cups water
3 1/2 cups cider vinegar
1 teaspoon pickling salt
3 teaspoons fresh snipped Dill
1/2 teaspoon Cayenne pepper
6 cloves Garlic-sliced

Directions:
Directions:
1) Wash beans-drain.Trim ends, if desired.Add BOILING WATER to cover. Return to boiling.Cook, uncovered, 3 minutes.drain.Place beans in large bowl.
2) In large saucepan,combine the 3 cups water,vinegar,pickling salt,dill,cayenne pepper and garlic.Bring to boiling. Pour over beans in bowl.Cool to room temperature.
3) Transfer to glass container.Cover. Chill at least 4 hours before serving. Store up to 4 weeks.
