Clausen large Kosher Dill pickles,horseradish,sugar,onion,white vinegar, celery seeds

Directions:

Drain brine from 1 Quart whole Clausens, reserve.Cut pickles into slices 3/8 " thick, Slice small onion , mix with pickles, stuff back into jar ( they will fit)Mix 1 1/4 cup sugar, 4 tablespoons horseradish, 3 tablespoons vinegar and 1 teaspoon celery seeds in small pot with saved brine. Bring to a small roiling boil. Pour over pickles. Reseal. Put in fridge, keep turning for 2-3 days and enjoy
