Salt & pepper
2 lbs. round steak
Flour for coating
3-4 potatoes, chopped
2 onions, quartered
4 large carrots, chopped
1 14oz. can diced tomatoes
1/4 tsp. marjoram
1/4 tsp. thyme
1/4 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. bay leaf
1 8oz. can tomato sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Salt and pepper steak then coat in flour. Brown both sides of steak in a skillet. Place potatoes, onion and carrots in bottom of crockpot. Place steaks on top. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over top. Cook on high for 6 to 8 hours.
