12 oz. linguine
2 Tbsp butter
2 cloves garlic, chopped
2 Tbsp flour
1/2 tsp salt
2 c. fat free half and half
1/2 c. dry white wine or vegetable broth
1 c. crumbled Gorgonzola cheese (4 oz)
1/4 c. walnuts, chopped and toasted

Cook and drain linguine.
Saute garlic in butter Stir in flour and salt. Cook and stir until smooth and bubbly. Stir in half and half and wine. Let thicken slightly. Reduce heat to medium low. Stir in cheese and cook until melted. Toss with noodles. Garnish with walnuts.
