1 lg. red bell pepper, cut in thin strips
1 lg. yellow bell pepper, cut in thin strips
2 carrots, sliced thinly or julienned
1 med onion, sliced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/3 c. olive oil
2 lg. zucchini, cut in thin strips
2 tsp dried basil
1/2 tsp salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Saute peppers, carrots, onion and garlic in oil, stirring occasionally, until vegetables are tender.
Add zucchini last few min. and spices.
