1/2 to 1 c. favorite liquid
Directions:
Directions:
Season meat with salt and pepper. Dredge in flour and brown both sides in skillet. Place meat in baking dish. Add 1/2 to 1 c. liquid. Cover and place in oven following chart times:
2 pork chops done at 7pm.
4:30 at 325º
5:30 at 350º
6:30 at 375º
