1/3 C. butter
1/2 C. Sugar
1 Egg
1-1/2 C. Sifted flour
1/4 Tsp. Baking soda
1/8 Tsp. Salt
1 8oz. Canned crushed pineapple, drained


Glaze:
1 C. Powdered sugar
2 Tbsp. Milk
Flaked coconut

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350°F. In large bowl, beat butter, sugar, and egg until fluffy. Combine flour, soda, and salt in separate bowl. Alternately add flour mixture and drained pineapple to beaten butter mixture. Drop by teaspoon onto a greased cookie sheet. Make glaze while cookies bake. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes.
Once cookies have cooled slightly, drizzle cookies with glaze
(coconut can be combined with glaze or sprinkled on top of glaze).
