12 oz. penne noodles
1/4 cup chopped onion, optional
1 tablespoon butter
4 cups cubed fully cooked ham
1 can (15 1/4 oz) whole kernel corn, drained
2 cans (14 3/4 oz) cream style corn
2 cups cubed process cheese (Velveeta)
1/2 tsp. seasoned salt

Directions:
Directions:
Cook noodles according to package directions. Meanwhile, saute onion in butter until tender. Drain noodles, place in a large bowl. Add the ham, corn, cheese, seasoned salt and onion mixture. Transfer to a greased baking dish. Cover and bake at 350 for 35 minutes or until cheese is melted, stirring a couple times.
