2 pounds round steak
1 tablespoon veg. oil
1 can cream of mushroom soup (10 3/4 oz)
1 envelope beefy onion soup mix
1 can beef broth (10 3/4 oz)
1 cup water
Directions:
Directions:
Saute round steak in veg. oil until browned, put into crock pot. Stir together mushroom soup, onion soup mix, beef broth and 1 cup water until blended. Pour over meat. Cook on low for 6-7 hours.
