1 large coffee mug
4 Tbsp flour
4 Tbsp. sugar
2 Tbsp. cocoa
1 egg
3 Tbsp. milk
3 Tbsp. oil
3 Tbsp. chocolate chips (optional)
Nuts (optional)
Splash vanilla extract
Directions:
Directions:
Add dry ingredients to mug and mix well. Add the egg and mix thoroughly. Add milk, oil and vanilla and mix well. Add chocolate chips and nuts, if desired. Place mug in microwave and cook 3 minutes on high. The mixture will rise in the cup, but do not be alarmed. Allow to cool a short while and tip out onto a plate, if desired.
