5-6 pound roast beef
1 can beef broth
1 pkg. Good Seasons Italian Dressing mix (dry)
1 pkg. AuJus mix

Directions:
Directions:
Mix the beef broth, Italian mix and AuJus mix together and pour over the roast. Cook for 8 hours in the crock pot on low. Take roast out and shred meat, take off the fat. Then put meat back in juice and heat for about 30 minutes. This also freezes well.
