1 bag shredded frozen hash browns
1 onion, minced
1 c. sour cream
1/4 c. butter
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350° F. Grease 9 x 13 baking dish.
Melt butter in large pan. Add soup, sour cream, cheese, onion & hash browns. Mix well. Spread in dish. Bake 30 min.
