1/2 c. chicken stock
1/4 onion
1 clove garlic, minced
1/4 c. flat leaf parsley
1/2 lb. ground beef
1/2 lb. ground pork
1/2 lb. ground veal
1/3 c. plain breadcrumbs
2 eggs
1/2 c. grated Parmesan
1 tsp. red pepper flakes
1 tsp. salt
1/4 c. olive oil
3-6 c. marinara sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together chicken stock, garlic, onion, salt, pepper, eggs, cheese, and bread crumbs. Add meat and mix gently. Form balls approximately the size of a golf ball. Brown the meatballs in olive oil over medium heat. Remove and put in hot marinara. Simmer 1 hour and serve.
