3 cloves garlic, minced
1 sweet onion, chopped fine
3 tbsp. olive oil
3 large cans crushed tomatoes
1 tbsp. tomato paste
1 cup chicken stock
1 tsp. sugar
Red pepper flakes to taste
Salt to taste

Cook onion over medium-low heat until translucent. Add garlic, then add stock, and then remainder of ingredients. Simmer 1 hour.
