1/2 head cauliflower, broken into small pieces
3 carrots, sliced
5 c chicken broth (I use 1-1/2 Knorr cubes)
2 tbsp flour
1 large tbsp butter
3/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp red Hungarian paprika
1/2 tsp marjoram (not ground)
Black pepper
1/4 cup (or a little less – not too much) Cream of Wheat
Fresh parsley, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in soup pot. Whisk in flour and allow it to brown a little. Whisking all the time, slowly add broth.

When it comes to a boil add all ingredients except Cream of Wheat.

Simmer 1/2 hour.

Add Cream of Wheat a couple of minutes before you serve it. Garnish liberally with chopped fresh parsley.

Oh my gosh! This is SO good!
