3 bags of shredded cabbage
3/4 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. sour cream
2-1/2 tbsp. cider vinegar
2 tsp. sugar substitute (3 packets)
1-1/4 tsp. celery seed
1/4 tsp. pepper
3/4 tsp. salt

Rinse cabbage - let drip for water to drain off cabbage or spin dry in a salad spinner. Put cabbage into a large bowl. In a small dish mix vinegar & sugar substitute, then heat for 1 minute. In small bowl, whisk together all ingredients except the cabbage to make the dressing. Pour the dressing over cabbage, toss until combined. Refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight to blend flavors.
