4 c. chopped apples
1/4 c. sugar
8 oz. can crushed pineapple
8 oz. cool whip
1 T. flour
1 egg
2 T. apple cider (or regular) vinegar
1 c. dry roasted peanuts, chopped
Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour, sugar, juice from pineapple, egg and vinegar in pan. Heat and stir over medium heat until thick. Refrigerate 1 hour. Fold in cool whip. Mix sauce with apples, pineapple and half of nuts. Pour into large bowl. Top with remaining nuts. Keep cool.
