4 oz of medium egg noodles uncooked
2 c. of chopped cooked ham
1 medium green pepper chopped
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. chopped celery
1 t. veg oil
1 10 3/4 oz can of cream of mushrooms soup
8 oz sour cream
1/2 c. shredded cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Cook pasta and drain. Cook ham and next 3 ingredients in oil in a large skillet for 5 minutes-stirring often. Remove from heat and stir in soup and sour cream and pasta. Spoon into lightly greased baking dish. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese and bake uncovered for 5 more minutes. Let this sit for 10 minutes before serving.

Perfect dish for leftover ham and would be great with a salad and crusty bread...Mary I almost said crusty Brad!!!!!!! Thank god for spell-check!
