graham cracker squares or cookies
scoops of ice cream or frozen yogurt
wax paper
Directions:
Directions:
Put graham cracker square or cookie, top side down, on a piece of wax paper. Scoop out softened ice cream or frozen yogurt. Put another cookie, top side up, on top. Squish the filling down so it is about 1/2" full. Use a knife to scrape extra from around the sides. Wrap wax paper around and freeze until ready to eat.
