1 c. of margarine softened
2 c. of sugar
4 eggs-whipped
2 c. of sour cream
2 t. of vanilla
2 t. of baking soda
2 t. of baking powder
4 c. of flour
Streusel:
1/ c. of brown sugar-packed
3 T. of sugar
1 T. of butter chilled
1/2 t. cinnamon

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Grease and flour a 10 inch tube or bundt pan. cream the butter and sugar in a large bowl. beat the eggs and mix well with the sugar/butter mixture. add the sour cream and vanilla. Mix the baking powder and soda and flour and add to the mixture. Pour into a greased 13 x 9 inch pan and make the struesel and put on top. bake for 45 minutes or until done.

Sierra-somehow I misplaced the end of the recipe...so correct me if I am wrong on baking time! I guessed!
