1 28 oz can sauerkraut, drained and rinsed
1 cup celery, diced
1 onion, chopped fine
1/2 cup green pepper, diced
1 cup red pepper, diced
BRINE
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup vinegar
1/2 t. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Boil brine, cool and pour over ingredients. Let stand overnight. Keeps about two weeks in the fridge.
