1/2 cup milk
1 cup sliced fresh or canned peaches (or other fruit)
1 teaspoon sugar

Pour skim milk into an ice cube tray and freeze until solid. Put "milk cubes", peaches, and sugar into a blender. Blend until very smooth. Serve in a dish or glass with a spoon.

Most kids like fruits without seeds the best, like bananas. But raspberries and strawberries work well too. May need to add a little more sugar. The riper the fruit, the better the taste ! Keep frozen skim milk cubes on hand in a plastic bag to keep the smoothies flowing.
