1, 8 ounce container of your favorite flavor of yogurt

Pour yogurt into paper cups (2 ounce or 4 ounce types). Stretch a small piece of plastic wrap across each cup. Use a Popsicle stick to poke a hole in wrap and stand the stick up straight in the middle of the cup. Freeze. Peel away the paper cup and eat.

A good way to recycle Popsicle sticks. Can also freeze in the bottom of a Ziploc snack bag. Roll the bag slightly. Put it in your lunchbox for "Gogurt", yogurt on the go. When you are ready to eat, it will be slightly thawed out. Tear off a corner and squeeze.
