1 tablespoon yeast
1/2 cup warm water
1 teaspoon honey
1 1/3 cup flour
1 teaspoon salt

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 325 degrees. Put yeast, honey, and warm water in a small bowl. Stir and let stand for 5 minutes. Mix flour and salt together in a medium bowl. After 5 minutes, check the yeast mixture and see if it is bubbly and bigger. Stir everything together. The dough will be crumbly. Knead dough like clay. Divide into 12 pieces. Roll each piece into a long snake and then twist into a medium sized pretzel. Bake the pretzels on a cookie sheet for 10 minutes until done.
